Timescape: A Novel Spatiotemporal Modeling Tool

We developed a novel approach in the field of spatiotemporal modeling, based on spatialisation time, Timescape algorithm. It is especially aimed at sparsely distributed datasets ecological research, whose spatial and temporal variability strongly entangled. The algorithm definition distance that incorporates causality constraint capable accommodating seasonal behavior modeled variable as well. actual modeling conducted exploiting any established interpolation technique, substituting ordinary with our distance, thus sorting, from same input set observations, those causally related to each estimated value given site time. notion expressed topologically it has be tuned for particular case. originates stable isotopes (isoscapes), but principle can used model real scalar random distribution.
